- business is doing good even with the pandemic - talented people with great enthusiasm - very good at high level strategic vision - very international atmosphere, possibility to move to other countries and construct an international career
Cons
- shortage of resources to achieve all the projects to deliver: so a lot of pressure on a few people - too many priorities, hundreds of projects at the same time - no real internal processes, organisation holds on a few people who have to achieve a lot - risk of burn out
