      Pros

      They care about people’s needs and you can find understanding on everything. The work schedule is flexible and no one will push you to work after hours. People are nice, the whole atmosphere is good. You have the possibility to grow professionally and personally and to learn new things. Work from home is allowed. Very organised way of working. You have the possibility to travel around the world, but only if you want to.
