This company offers great employee benefits

Cons

Management needs to be more in tune with their employees to understand their work loads. They also need to value their employees more. Employees are expected to handle lots of work load with limited to no recognition or compensation. No room for growth. Management lacks in their communication skills and hoards important information.

Great benefits! Amazing team members who are always willing to help each other. Great opportunity for learning the foundations of client success.

Cons

No room for growth, extremely below average level of pay. Not a place you want to get stuck at for years if you are interested in advancing your career.
