Requires high-skilled people in information technologies. Salary may be good depending on the skills and negotiations.

Cons

The management is so backward. They cannot differentiate between high-skilled people and already-existing inefficient and highly archaic engineers. IT department is stagnant and refuses changes put forward by the new comers. The new comer is isolated and discredited by the existing team.
