      Pros

      -Best in industry products and expertise -Good compensation with ability to make more off commission and bonus opportunities -Very large company with a large amount of opportunity to move around if desired -The company is very good at providing continuous training for employees with plenty of in person opportunities to refine your skills -Flexibility in setting up your work schedule

      Cons

      -Some systems used for our jobs are not as modern as they could be with the technology and software available -The job has potential for irregular hours throughout the work week with weekends possible as well -Upper management seems to shakeup often leading to the field's needs going unheard at times

      Inconsistent Salary Hikes: Appraisals and salary increments are not consistent or competitive with industry standards. Management Disconnect: Senior management lacks an understanding of ground-level technical challenges and often pushes unrealistic deadlines.
