Pros

Ecolab is a large company with many opportunities. The need to start acting like a big company. Each division falls under its own VP with its own structure.

Cons

Structure is confusing and filled with silos. Management does not care about their employees. There is a reason that Your Voice Matters keeps giving the company low marks - there is no voice of the employee. Employees often feel isolated from senior management and the vision they are promoting.

Pros

Some opportunity to control your income, company car, good products to sell.

Cons

Pricing is massively out of line with competitors, Senior management is so out of touch you'd think they were overseeing a different company. Low morale in sales field, stretched too thin to be effective building relationships for sales. Very unsupportive company.
