The changes that were recently implemented will drive this company into the ground. You will now work for pennies on the dollar and be so micro managed you will want to pull your hair out. This company is and will have the good employee's that work here running for the hills. They will lose everyone that made this company what it is. I understand that everyone is hurting in this time but it will pass. The new structure will not pass and this company will turn into the competitors that everyone at this company talks so much junk about.

Great products and innovation. Great building relationships with customers

Cons

Company lost focus on Employees and focusing on making the company money. Mr Baker is an amazing leader. He has recently announced retirement and I see the company going in the wrong direction as far as keeping employees a priority.

Pay was great, Work was easy.

Cons

Hours, Management, Union, no real need or want to get better as a Warehouse, stuck in old ways, I quit with my two weeks notice was given a positive send off, when I tried to return was passed on based off of one employees agenda, not off my past work ethic and quality.
