All the changes have made this company a joke. Now you have areas where tons of people have quit and the job is terrible. Tons of calls stacked up and you have no help to complete difficult tasks on commercial dish machines that you have no training on. The pay is terrible even though institutional is their most profitable division. District managers are a joke that micro manage you so they look good on paper. Completely out of touch with reality. If you speak with HR it will get back to your manager and retaliation will occur. Stay away from this place

If you look up corporate greed in the dictionary you will see Ecolab’s name. Working at that company was the worst mistake I ever made in my long work career. Their treatment of their employees is legendarily bad. Due to their insistence to not pay their employees properly for overtime, they lost millions in class action lawsuits. Google Ecolab lawsuits if your skeptical. Finally after years of loosing lawsuits for screwing their employees they blue up their business model. Of course it was the employees that bore the brunt of the pain when they eliminated positions and reduced pay. The result was droves of employees saying they finally had enough and jumped off the sinking ship. Unless your starving stay away from the Ecolab nightmare!
