      Pros

      You get what you put in, decent salary and commissions. A high paced sales force with monthly if not weekly sales goals.

      Cons

      Company seems to be more worried about the stock price and or paying its executives. The ground troops that are the life blood of the company seem to be neglected. Cutting back payment packages that seem to not make sense.

      Pros

      Ability to work on your own schedule. Interact with restaurant store owners. Teach and train crews how to use products and services within their establishments. Free company vehicle, free car insurance, company cell, free gas, free company laptop.

      Cons

      Was given a territory upon hire, and it has drastically changed over time. I currently live outside my territory due to managements lack of attention of where Representatives reside when added businesses force territory changes. Constant overnights (3-4 per week). Was promised this was a sales driven position. In actuality, it is more of a service job. About 80% service, 15% sales, 5% training, and 100% travel.
