      Pros

      Executives seem to know what they are doing to keep the company profitable. Culture at HQ is great and a lot of great people!

      Cons

      Certain Districts can be toxic in leadership and culture. Former manager was a bit sloppy and lazy at times. He conducted my final interview wearing a faded black t-shirt with fresh food stains and a blazer over it. Interview was conducted at a Pizzeria near his home that I traveled over an hour to reach since he wanted to work from home that day. He often didn't return calls and pushed off responsibilities of training me to others who were too busy to instruct me on how to do my job best.

      Pros

      Ecolab has strong values and integrity. they are highly motivated to be the best at what they can be.

      Cons

      They are so large, that at times, you can feel like a number. Just read something worthy about them and you realize you work for a great organization
