You make money for your work (but it doesn't match competition despite the company charging top-dollar to customers) Benefits programs (but benefits like PTO and healthcare coverage get trimmed more and more each year) Company match 401k

Cons

As so many others have written here, C-suite management and managers of individual contributors have no clue what they are doing. Prioritization is given to $'s being posted each month/quarter, meanwhile processes are thrown to the wayside. Benefits have gotten cut and trimmed each year. PTO does not carry over. Salary is non-negotiable for all individual contributors. Nepotism and office politics are huge factors here. Droves of good employees have left the company in the past 3 years, meanwhile some of the worst employees have gotten promoted into director positions (and higher). Hybrid-work-model is non-negotiable regardless of how well you/your team function remotely. The company loves shouting how inclusive they are of diverse workers, but the talent they push forward with this thought process is always under qualified.

Pros

good benefits with Medical Insurance (both General and Specialist) and Flex benefits. Incremental Annual Leaves the longer you service the company.

Cons

depends on department, some of the HOD act like we are working in SME rather than MNC. Also depends on department, your career path and yearly increment depends on your HOD. Even your manager proposes the amount, HOD can overwrite!
