Lots of good, smart, and talented people have come and gone, but some still remain. Can learn a lot if you are proactive.

Cons

You will be surprised to find that there are some fundamental and basic level processes that are lacking across all departments in terms of organization, coordination, and communication. Areas of responsibility are sometimes blurred and thus holding a certain party accountable is not specified well. Automation is also a concern with too many manual processes.

Laptop and foood coupons and nothing else. All the pros you are seeing in other reviews are mostly for eaton outside india

Cons

Laptop given so that you must work for 24 by 7. Food coupons given but you can't eat relaxing. High work pressure. Full of politics. You will hate IT JOBS working in this company
