The facilities are out dated. The bathrooms are very smelly with drainage issues yet they do nothing about it. Management is all white males and it seems like only white males get promotions. HR protects upper management even though many people leave due to mistreatment. Make employees take mandatory paid leaves while white management gets promotions and equity. Compensation and bonuses vary between areas of business.

1. Not excellent opportunity for technical growth...but excellent opportunity for management growth. 2. After 2016 they launched new center at Magarpatta Pune location, after this they started treating old employees like burden, just to get volunteer resignation..(as per SEZ Policy they were restrictions on moving employees to new centre ...hence management started showing real color....after 2016 August neither management was listening properly, on the name of innovation centre they opened new branch in Magarpatta....but this stretegy was just to fool people and only changing nameplate from engineering centre to innovation centre.
