      A place of employment, but has potential for a greater place.

      Pros

      Great values and mission. Can be a sorry worker and hold a job for a long time but can be a good worker and make great aquantinces and move up too.

      Cons

      To be a good worker and watch very slow and bad workers continue to get paid close to the same amount of money as a good worker and not have much repacustion.

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities to show what you good at. Small companies with large corporate benefits. The company will entertain new concepts or ideas.

      Cons

      The managers should know more how the different products really work. This incompetence allow some weak engineers to confuse/jeopardize the program execution. The different EATON Aerospace sites are barely waking up to the fact that their current name is EATON and not Sterer or Vickers.
