If you are not Hungarian they act like you are a slave, no opportunity to develop your career as foreigner. I was rejected for an internal position due to my little experience with one program but they hired an Hungarian without any experience in that field and application. The salary is really low and they do not increase it no matter what. Yes true there are some foreigners who had the opportunity to develop their careers but 1/10

Cons

Major layoffs within the IT department and then they post new positions the same month. Current culture is keep your head down and don’t disagree with anything. Benefits are slowly being reduced. Significantly less than 6-10 years ago except parental leave which was expanded with great resistance.

1. Worst HR and management policies One of the most conservative companies out there. Prefers years of experience over quality individuals for promotion. More like a typical government job HR is the worst here and just because of how bad they are it, many employees are leaving. Low pay. Work from home here is a crime, worst than most of the services companies out there. Micromangement.
