      - Competitive salary with other organization - Great work life balance ( Work from Home ) - Will provide Telephone set price ( 14000/- Cash ) if you are in support - In house project and support ( Internal Customer ) - Very less politics as higher management from US. - Easily Accessible to management and HR - One of the best Ethical company - Good budget for professional training - Appraisal ( 6- 10 % )

      Cons

      - Very less onsite opportunity for IT professional as this is a power management company for Hydraulics , electrical and vehicle. Thus this could not be a Cons for the organization.

      Good hours, Managers are flexible

      Cons

      Lots of overturn recently, slow on filling jobs, work lots of over time, must have a degree to advance and have to be in current position for 18 months before leaving dept.

      Pros

      Decent pay, if you are willing to move there are lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      Lots of office politics, no communication between departments or from corporate. Annual raises not based upon performance. Horrible HR, Flex time not available in all department and even then is limited. Lots of recent layoff resulting in more work to be done by fewer people.
