      Ethical organization & nice work environment.

      Management is not taking right decisions for the growth of people within organization. Management is doing favoritism. Management don't care about the growth of people.

      Great Org, Except Cyber Security Team Environment

      Pros

      Peers and colleagues are fantastic and welcoming. Amenities are great at U.S. HQ, great facility. Working remotely (but be prepared to be questioned and scrutinized about it.)

      Cons

      Avoid. Micromanagement and cronyism at it's finest under current senior & c-level cyber security leadership (VP, CISO). The SME-to-Technology Ownership ratio is unmanageable. The SME-To-EndUsers ratio is unmanageable. Severely understaffed and team morale at the lowest it can possibly be. Outdated "Sweatshop" IT-management focus. No regard to well-being of engineers. Always need to "own" one more thing. Push push push. HR ignores HUGE staffing and leadership problems. Individual contributors feel pressured 24/7. Doesn't take cyber security seriously, just a network request fulfilling team disguised as infosec. Zero focus on overall cyber security despite IoT-heavy focus.
