The only pros were the salary and benefits.

Cons

Very depressing place to work. You never knew who was going to be laid off next. Very cut throat because please wanted to keep their job so a lot of people were thrown under the bus.

Company treated employees well in years past. Competitive pay and benefits in years past. Job were pretty secure.

Cons

As the business went away so did the good treatment of employees and benefits. Morale is at an all time low. Company is struggling to stay in business.
