The people - I work with some of the most hard working people I have ever met. And they are down to earth and very helpful. Our culture is very friendly and teamwork focused. We support one another. The flexibility - it would be hard to hold a full-time job as a working mother if I didn't have the flexibility offered by E&Y. They are so understanding and allow us to work differently when needed! We also have state-of-the-art technology and an "office of the future" work environment. You can't help but learn new things every day at E&Y. To stay on the edge and in the lead, you are introduced to new ideas and new technology all the time.
