Pros

The experience gained at a firm like EY is The people are fantastic and there is an excellent sense of community. It is also a great place for networking for future employment opportunities.

Cons

Can be stressful with tight deadlines and long hours. With the long hours, I would expect to be paid more then industry, which is not the case at the moment.

Pros

Ernst & Young provides the best learning experience. Employees get to go into a wide range of companies and learn their structure and meet with managers and directors. There is access to knowledge and people that most recent college graduates can not get elsewhere.

Cons

Ernst & Young requires a min of 55 hours from January to the end of March. However you often work those hours many other months too. Some upper level people do not willingly approve of lower levels work/life balance, but that is on a personal basis.
