Pros

if you happen to be on a team with great seniors and managers, your life at E&Y will be satisfying. they take the time to teach you and make sure you understand things.

Cons

if you get stuck on a really crappy team, then your life at e&y will be horrifying. getting on a good/bad team is really luck of the draw.

Ernst and Young is a great place to work.

Pros

Ernst and Young is a firm that invests heavily in its people. Additionally, there is an admirable amount of work/life balance and flexible work arrangements. It is also by far the most globally intergrated.

Cons

At times it can feel like the work is rather pointless. You spend countless hours auditing and all you have to show for it is a little paragraph in an annual report.
