work at home set hours (within their schedule) want to work

Cons

there's at least a $6/hour pay difference ($21/hour versus $15/hour) even though raters are doing the same job and have same qualifications as other raters - tell me how this is fair. $6/hour is a big difference

Pros

Working from home is nice, and the work is relatively easy after getting used to the scoring rubric. Overtime work and pay is sometimes available. Having the freedom to work as much or as little as I want is great.

Cons

Pay is somewhat low ($15/hr), especially considering the importance of the work. Also, the lack of communication is sometimes frustrating. Lack of benefits and upward mobility is demotivating.
