Pros

There are good benefits. It's a family friendly environment. You can achieve work/life balance because there isn't any rat race. There are various company activities to engage employees and management does try to recognize high performers.

Cons

The company has been around for a long time and they are accustomed to doing things as they always have; not very adaptable or forward-thinking. Very reactionary environment.

online scorer work had flexibility, work at home, decent compensation, good feedback, nice system to track validity, pleasant and professional associates

Cons

when I worked, very poor reliability of work hours, snags in delivering test material to work on, would not be able to find out about delays practically until last minute
