- Great benefits, - Casual and friendly environment, - Opportunities for advancement, - Yearly performance based salary increases

Cons

- Compensation is relatively low compared to Princeton pharma and finance companies, - Maximum compensation increase at one time is limited to a certain percent of the current salary so compensation tends to lag quite a bit behind title promotions for those who are advancing quckly

Pros

ETS is a great company to work for. The corporate culture is very good. They encourage their employees to keep advancing their education by paying for continuing education. The benefits are comparable to other large corporations. All new employees get a three-week vacation after 1 year of employment. Therere are opportunities to advance your career and it is encouraged. People and management are friendly and courteous.

Cons

I'm sure there are some, but I have not had a negative experience to-date. I've been working here for almost 3 years
