Pros

This is a great place to be if you are not in your early 20's. The job is stable, the people are really great and all about process improvement. The hours are flexible. There are excellent resources for personal enrichment.

Cons

It is an easy place to get complacent. It is a non-profit so the salary isn't going to be amazing. The job can get incredibly tedious but that's with any job really, also moving up takes an eternity.
