      Pros

      Great people to work with every one is very very helpful especially in the first few weeks you are there. The work is demanding but the rewards are great.

      Cons

      I didn't really find any cons to working there. As I said in the Pros section every one is very kind and helps you along the way. Deadlines are hard, but that's with every job.

      Can work from home. Can provide availability for work on a month by month basis. Get to read interesting essays and learn about various subjects.

      Cons

      Can be impersonal if you don't make the effort to connect with your scoring leaders. Pacing in scoring can be a problem, you need to keep it consistent.
