      Pros

      Flexible hours - you choose your schedule. Decent pay for a work from home position. There are lots of different tests you could be a rater for. Training and Certification are paid by the hour.

      Cons

      Sometimes passing the certification is difficult, but you have 2 attempts to pass. Communication by phone is difficult - cannot reach a person to speak to speak to.

      The scheduling is very flexible. You can pick and choose the times you desire, but the scheduling team will put you as needed.

      Cons

      The scoring season can end at any given notice. It's a good job to have as backup or on top of another job.
