Nice people, lots of PhDs, park-setting, really big campus surrounded by forest. Work has global impact and stable. Flexible working hours. Summer Fridays.

Cons

Below market salary. Old computers and can be slow-paced some times. Not many IT opportunities to grow inside the company.
