      Pros

      As a rater, I read essays written by High School students on the essay portion of a standardized test. I enjoyed it for the most part as it gave me a glimpse into the mindset and thought process of today's youth.

      Cons

      Sometimes the essays didn't fit perfectly into the rubric and there were no half marks or almost categories to rate them by.

      It does provide good benefits.

      Cons

      One’s experience in this organization can depend on the manager with whom one works. Unfortunately, my own manager displayed minimal respect toward his/her supervisees. Communication from this manager was also limited, in that expectations for performance were not made clear, and feedback toward those expectations was infrequent, superficial, and misleading. In my own experience, this style of management was ultimately detrimental to the progress of several projects.
