Most scoring leaders are good to work with and will help you become better at your job. Pay is decent, ability to work from home and choose the hours you would like to work. If you enjoy reading, this is a great job!

Cons

Some scoring leaders get off on power trips Late notice of taking you off the schedule if there are not enough tests to grade Don't depend on this as your full time income.
