Speaking for myself, ETS provides a great balance between work and family. Somewhat easy going job once you learn the business but can become very hectic sometimes.

Cons

A lot of resources are wasted on unnecessary processes that have been setup by certain groups within the company.

Great company to work for, some interesting projects with the latest trend

Cons

Too much bureaucracy. Some projects demand long work hours. Full timers are never compensated for the long hours and are made to slow. Promotions are rare and take a atleast 5 years.
