      Pros

      Flexible schedule is great for those wanting to moonlight for extra income or for stay at home parents looking to contribute financially.

      Cons

      Hours are limited. I've put in for full-time shifts (35-40 hours/week) and only received about 20 hours for the month. Scoring leaders are not consistent. What one leader tells you one day is not the way the next leader you work with will interpret the same instructions.

      Pros

      If you have a great team, the work can be interesting, and fairly straight-forward. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Long hours, some team leaders were incompetent and were fond of "throwing you under the bus" if things went wrong. Told to use vacation time, then punished for using it.
