Pros

Remote work and for a couple years, having the option to choose part-time or semi-full time with the occasional overtime hours was nice.

Cons

When ETS was bought out by an overseas corporation, they sent us an email telling us we had a week to accept $15/hour... after making close to ONLY $20/hour with a master's degree. I measured my integrity and true worth and had the luxury of being able to say BYE,
