      Great work-life balance. Family-oriented workforce with a focus on the mission to improve quality and equity in education.

      Stagnant career paths with a workforce full of lifers that find it difficult to adapt to fresh ideas and new ways of doing things!

      Some nice staff do work for this company.

      Cons

      Promoting friends, mentally and emotionally abusive management, boss's wife is his direct report, blatantly racist hiring/promoting/firing tactics (just hire enough minorities to keep the government off their backs), no work life balance, overtime expected and no compensation, HR is a joke (likes to sit in office avoiding any real issues), rumor spreading, mean spirited games played misallocating availability of staff only for some people's benefit, project team are completely incompetent, no leadership just workplace bullying.
