Your colleagues are nice, well prepared, and caring.

Cons

After 2020, it became a chaos. It looks like a shrinking boat and without a clear destination. Lack of clarity in goals. Priorities change quickly so staff cannot focus and commit. Many in leadership roles do not seem to understand the company products and research. Most of the senior technical expertise has gone. The approach to diversity is very superficial.
