How can you trust the image and preachings of leadership who are incapable of implementing their LinkedIn promoted images and philosophies within their own organization? They also have zero sense of the company morale, promoting "paid for" HR awards on ETS Inside while the staff knows the truth. You should know you have a problem when you have to lie to yourself...
