Smart, capable, conscientious people, some of whom are funny and have excellent soft skills.

Cons

Top-down, VERY controlling structure; the leap to remote work gave rise to multi-level efforts to confirm/check/enforce that employees were at their desks (many meetings scattered across all days of the week). Efforts to homogenize all processes across all programs (impossible)/contracts. Inability to streamline training for freelancers and committees (inundating with inessential information). Very poor, inefficient, inappropriate use of AGILE.
