Pros
Decent benefits and vacation/PTO time. Great co-workers, close-knit teams. Intellectually stimulating work. Flexible WFH policies (for now…new CEO doesn’t seem to be a big fan of remote work, so who knows how long this will last).
Cons
Low job security and plummeting staff morale after multiple rounds of abrupt and poorly planned layoffs. Disingenuous leadership who lack foresight and don’t seem invested in nonprofit mission or employee wellbeing. Poor work/life balance. Laundry lists of nonsensical corporate jargon are offered in place of actual plans and goals.
