      Flexible hours, retirement, paid every two weeks, work from home, able to work fuLL time hours

      Cons

      Scoring Leaders need to be more uniform in their scoring requirements of raters; not always uniformed.

      Pros

      The hours you can sign up for are flexible and the scoring leaders are friendly. You can work remotely (from home). The pay is above minimum wage if you ever get to work.

      Cons

      You will never get to work and therefore never get paid. Very low/unreliable source of income. Most of the shifts I submit are never confirmed and over half of them that do get confirmed are cancelled.

      Pros

      Wonderful to work from home and still be active in education.

      Cons

      ETS offers too few shifts. I check for confirmed shifts every day. I'm trying to be responsible, you aren't respecting my time.
