Pros

First off, you are surrounded by sports. Secondly, the culture of ESPN is one of innovation and passion. You are urged to think creatively about innovative ways to bring sports media to fans everywhere.

Cons

Because ESPN is so much fun to work for and so driven as a company to provide the absolute best product to the consumers, you end up working an absurd number of hours a week. But if you love what you're doing, who cares?

The people you work with are great. The atmosphere is great. The campus is great. Great place to raise a family.

Cons

A lot of corporate politics. A lot of the old boys network. Terrible communication. Ton a of bureacracy.

But the pay will be low and you work long hours. Takes a long time to get promoted even after good work. Regardless, the structure is better when you get OT, verses not. If you won't, some other person will
