around sports 24/7, our office is very nice (not all are though), HR seems to try to incorporate fun events into work month

Cons

dont really pay for performance.... i could make significantly more elsewhere, lots of on-the-fly training.... not much formal, dont really feel like it's a place to "move up"

salary completely sucked in comparison to other companies and also management as at the time i left the company had no clue whatsoever of the direction of the technology roadmap of the company...
