Pros

We have a team that is flexable in terms of vacation and moving certain work scheduled times around if necessary. They also offer multiple programs that are great for entertainment and family life.

Cons

Work balance was amazing during remote workflow opportunities especially for night editors, however in a none remote position it can be extremely unhealthy for night shifts. If you work nights, you are required to work 4:30-12:30PM and will have an assistant producer sit behind you as you work. This is the biggest flaw working in this position and as of now they have not changed that model for in person editing. Management has improved but there are some flaws there as well.
