Pros

It is a well known brand. Disney benefits.

Cons

It quickly turns into a dead-end job. Management style is old school. Very slow implementing change.

Pros

Good pay, work from home and chill work environment

Cons

The official rule is you are required to work every weekend, you get one weekend day off every 8 days, they are lenient however and give off more than that but you lose a lot of freetime.
