Pros

Great people, fun place to work, you are working in sports, reasonable work life balance.

Cons

Tons of internal politics, leadership is out of touch and self absorbed and only talks to each other. Poor internal communication, company reacts to every little thing and doesn’t provide employees with a a clear direction or strategy.
