Pros

Very casual dress code, you can wear jeans everyday.

Cons

Little room for advancement. Assistants are treated poorly. Assistants barely make over $40,000 and many of them went to better schools than the attorneys did , or some assistants even have their JD's. Lots of segregation between staff and attorneys, very little interaction.
