Pros

Competitive starting salary ( i think this is changing for the worse) Free gym and on staff nurse nice campus, but money should be used to save jobs that are being downsized

Cons

Long hours, upper management does not care about staff, it was said in meetings (which are never ending) that you can either advance or have a personal life, you can't have both. Layoffs are still coming because they are funding a new studio and they say in meetings well these layoffs should have happened years ago, as someone who was laid off that did not make me feel any better.
