Pros

- Working at the world wide leader of sports - Great way to make connections - Travel (if on Event)

Cons

- If you end up working studio long term chances are there are few opportunities for OT which makes it difficult to budget. - Advancement is hard as some production people have been stuck in the same position for 10+ years - Location can also be a drawback. Bristol isn't a bad place but many complain there is nothing to do. -Management is a hit or miss depending how they treat you.
