Pros

- working in sports - opportunity to travel to events - many different departments and job options depending on what fits your interests at the company

Cons

- no work/life balance. must be willing to work nights, weekends, and always be available. very rarely had a day off where I didn't end up working for some reason. - no control over what sports or shows you will support or how often you travel - very little opportunity for promotions and compensation increases - workload was overwhelming and management won't do anything about it
