A mission you'd be happy to represent. - Inspirational leadership as they really know what they are doing and are happily involved in execution! - Great office location and positive in-person culture. - Encouragement to bring new ideas, especially around innovation and tech. - Top class talent and colleagues are everywhere making it a great learning environment. - The environment is full of energy. Everyone seems to be on a mission to accomplish great things and I love it!

Cons

- Fast-paced environment which may feel overwhelming for some at first. - on-site work is required which is a con only for people looking for remote work.

- Friendly and approachable colleagues and staff - Opportunity to progress in your career or switch to a similar roles, but in a different department or location

Cons

- Worked Sundays (Sunday to Thursday) due to Sunday check-ins from the students at the residence and the hours weren't the best - 10:00 - 19:00. - Pay was fairly low for London standards
