Pros

- cafe open daily with free coffee and free fruit on Tuesdays - great gym with free classes - we have senior leaders host talks often and it's great to learn from them and hear what they are working on - you hear many languages spoken when you walk through the office - great community with different clubs and events to join

Cons

- if you need a lot of clear guidelines it might not be the company for you. best for people who thrive on creative problem solving and taking initiative, even when the path isn't clear (which I love!)

Pros

EF has great time off policies and makes sure you get to take time off. The health benefits are also unmatched. I did have the opportunity to work remotely for EF and the flexibility was great. They are not a remote first company

Cons

Pay was not great and ability to grow and move up was very difficult. They claim you pave your own path but don't provide a lot of support to grow in your role. As a sales person my territory was changed every 6 months causing me to have to start from scratch and having the inability to earn my bonus.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience as a Tour Consultant—it’s great to hear you valued your health benefits, flexibility, and time off. We regularly review our compensation packages to ensure they are benchmarked with industry standards, and we take pride in our growth and professional development opportunities for our staff. We encourage current employees to discuss their compensation and career goals with their managers or our Central Recruitment and Employee Development (RED) Team. Thank you again for sharing this review!

Thanks for sharing about your time working as an English Teacher in our Bristol school. Great to hear that you enjoyed the supportive environment. As the quality of our delivery is always very important, we would love if you could reach out to us at hr@ef.com so we could learn more about which specific parts you felt were "cheap" and need improvement. Thanks again and wishing you all the best.
